SUMMARY:Love Month
DESCRIPTION:Once a year\, across eleven months of the ministry calendar\, Rachel Global Ministry conducts what is called a Love Gesture. This entire month is referred to as Love Month. \nThe Love Month is distinct from all other programs because its sole purpose is appreciation. It is not about evangelism\, teaching\, visiting the sick\, or planning for the future. It is about seeing the individuals who have given quietly and consistently and saying\, “We see you. We appreciate you. You matter to us.” \nThe ministry (through leadership or member input) looks for an outstanding member or leader who has been diligent and consistently supportive of the ministry. This is not a popularity contest. It is a recognition of faithful service over time. \nA small token or gift is chosen. It may be a material item\, a household gift\, a piece of clothing\, a useful appliance\, or anything desirable that would bring joy to the recipient. \nThe gift is given to the selected person as a public or private gesture (depending on the recipient’s preference) along with words of thanks and blessing. \nWhy Love Month Matters \nMost of the services within Rachel Global Ministry are unpaid. Members give their time\, energy\, skills\, and resources voluntarily. They rely on the blessing of God for provision\, but they are still human beings who need encouragement. The Love Month acknowledges that Sacrifice is real\, Consistency is rare and valuable. \nA simple “thank you” in tangible form can renew someone’s strength for another year of service. \nWhat Love Month Is Not \nIt is not a competition. It is not an award for the most talented or famous member. It is a quiet\, intentional\, Spirit-led gesture to honor someone who has quietly held up the ministry’s pillars without seeking attention. \n1 Timothy 5:17  “The elders who direct the affairs of the church well are worthy of double honor\, especially those whose work is preaching and teaching.”

SUMMARY:International's Fellowships
DESCRIPTION:The word “International” can sound intimidating\, as if it refers to people from foreign countries or global conferences. Within Rachel Global Ministry\, however\, the meaning is simple and local. \nThe ministry is composed of two main groups: \n1. Students – Those who are still at university\, actively studying.\n2. Internationals – A name given to the professionals who have completed their studies\, qualified\, and are now working in their various fields outside the university environment. \nThus\, an International Fellowship is the gathering that takes place when these professionals return to the university campus to fellowship with and lead the current students. \nThis fellowship is not merely a social hour. It is a purposeful\, inter generational transfer of wisdom\, experience\, and encouragement. The professionals intentionally use their time to: \n· Encourage the students – Many students feel overwhelmed\, uncertain\, or anxious about their future. The professionals speak hope and strength into them.\n· Give career advice – Practical guidance on how to choose career paths\, navigate internships\, perform well in interviews\, and succeed in the workplace.\n· Give supportive advice from experience – The professionals have been exactly where the students now stand. They can say\, “I remember feeling that same fear. Here is what I learned.”\n· Address specific student challenges – Financial struggles\, academic pressure\, relationship issues\, and doubts about the future are discussed openly and honestly.\n· Strengthen and assure – Students worry about whether they will find jobs\, whether they will succeed\, and whether their faith will survive in a busy\, secular working world. The professionals give them tangible assurances: “We are in the field. You will not be alone. It is possible to thrive without compromising your faith.”\n· Set the stage – By their very presence\, the professionals demonstrate that there is life after university\, that employment is possible\, and that God goes before them. \nBuilding a Chain of Connection \nOne of the most practical outcomes of International Fellowship is the chain of connection that forms between students and professionals. When a student eventually graduates and enters the professional world\, they already know people in the ministry who are there.\nThis chain enables Sharing of job opportunities\, business ideas\, advice on how to thrive in employment\, strategies to keep the faith while busy with work. \nInternational Fellowship generally bridges the Gap Between School and the World
