With extensive experience in clinical dentistry and healthcare leadership, he plays a key role in advancing dental services in the Eastern region of Uganda. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Enotu is a Tutor and Clinical Instructor at the Uganda Institute of Allied Health and Management Sciences (UIAHMS), where he mentors and trains the next generation of dental professionals.
