Intercessions
At the very heart of this ministry lies a complete and total dependence on the supremacy of God. Weare not merely a non-governmental organization that excels in planning and executing activities; rather, we humbly submit all our plans into the capable hands of the invisible God. Prayer is not just an activity but a cornerstone of our beliefs. It is the lens through which we see our work and the force that has consistently cleared our path in every season.
Intercessions are held at the beginning of every session, with the timing adapted to the available schedule. These sacred moments are thoughtfully guided by our prayer secretaries.
How we doit.
o Structured Prayer Walks: We dedicate time to walk through the mission community, praying over homes, schools, and landmarks, inviting God’s presence and blessing.
o Focused Prayer Lists: Prayer leaders create and circulate specific prayer points for the mission, including community needs, individual requests, and the safety and effectiveness of the team.
o EveningPrayer Gatherings: We host open, informal prayer meetings for the community, allowing locals to share their burdens and receive prayer.
Biblical Foundation: 1 Timothy 2:1– “I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people.”
Each OneReach One
Jesus left us with a clear and enduring instruction in Matthew 28:19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. In direct obedience to this Great Commission, we engage in door-to-door evangelism. This personal approach is remarkably effective, allowing missioners to understand the unique state of each individual’s heart and to meet them at their own level of understanding of the gospel. It creates ample space for meaningful discussion, genuine understanding, and relational sharing as missioners use their personal testimonies to witness for Christ.
We encounter a range of responses. Some people open their homes with warmth, others politely refuse, and some may even become agitated due to a harbored hatred for the gospel. In some circumstances, missioners may face rejection, hostility, or even abuse. We recognize that all of this is part of the ultimate price of carrying the message of the cross.
